Buying a luxury watch online should not require blind trust. Every CHWD Timeworks purchase is guaranteed authentic, shipped fully insured, and backed by a three-day inspection period. Pay by bank wire, or use Escrow.com if you would rather your funds be held until you have the watch in hand.

Every watch is verified against factory specification before it ships: serial and reference, movement, case, dial, bracelet and clasp. If any watch we sell is ever shown not to be genuine, we refund it in full, with no time limit.

Most clients pay by bank wire, and that is how our prices are set. If you would rather not wire funds directly, we are happy to use Escrow.com on any purchase.

Escrow.com is a licensed escrow service. It holds your payment until you have received and approved the watch.
- We open the transaction on Escrow.com with the watch, price and inspection period agreed up front.
- You pay Escrow.com, not us. Once they confirm your funds are secured, we ship.
- You inspect the watch. When you approve it, Escrow.com releases payment to us.
We split the escrow fee with you 50/50.

Three days to make sure it is right.
You have three days from delivery to inspect your watch. If it is not right, let us know within that window and send it back unworn, in the condition it arrived, with everything it came with, and we will refund you once it is back with us and checked. Return shipping must be fully insured and is paid by the buyer.
