These terms apply to your use of chwdtimeworks.com and to any purchase from CHWD Timeworks ("we", "us"). By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them.

Independent Dealer

CHWD Timeworks is an independent dealer of pre-owned and new luxury watches. We are not an authorized dealer for, and are not affiliated with, any watch brand shown on this site. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the watches we sell.

Listings, Pricing and Quotes

Prices are provided on request. A quote is a firm delivered price for the specific watch, valid for the time stated in the quote. Availability is not guaranteed until payment has cleared, and we may correct errors in listings or quotes. Photographs show the actual watch unless stated otherwise, and condition is described using our Condition Guide.

Payment

We accept bank wire and cryptocurrency, and Escrow.com on request. Wire instructions are provided only directly by us. Confirm them by phone before sending funds. We are not responsible for funds sent to accounts that were not confirmed with us. Purchases through Escrow.com are also subject to Escrow.com's terms and fees, and we split the escrow fee with the buyer 50/50 unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Sourcing

For sourced watches, a deposit starts the search and is governed by the terms on our Sourcing page. You approve the specific example before the balance is due.

Shipping, Title and Risk

Watches ship fully insured, as described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery.

Returns and Authenticity

Returns are covered by our Return Policy, including the three-day inspection period. Every watch is guaranteed authentic. If any watch we sell is ever shown not to be genuine, we refund it in full.

Warranty

Apart from the authenticity guarantee and the return policy, watches are sold as described, without further warranty, to the extent permitted by law. Pre-owned mechanical watches may need routine servicing over time.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that watch, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
