The Santos is the original pilot's watch — designed by Louis Cartier in 1904 for the aviator Alberto Santos-Dumont — and in solid 18k yellow gold it is the most luxurious expression of that hundred-twenty-year lineage: exposed screws, bezel-to-bracelet architecture, Roman dial, blued hands.
